The Parish Nurse Ministry is a ministry of service committed to compassionate
holistic care and presence to those in need of healing. The parish nurses
serve the parishioners in a variety of ways:
As a Personal Health Consultant, discussing health concerns,
making home, hospital, and nursing home visits.
As an Educator, providing health/wellness information and arranging
for health-related programs across the life span.
As a Health Counselor, listening, empathizing, comforting,
encouraging, and assisting individuals and families.
As a Resource/Referral Person providing assistance to parishioners
to better understand other care options and information/help sources
available in the community.
As a Coordinator of Volunteers, recruiting, organizing, and
training volunteers to meet identified Parish needs,
As a Pastoral Partner, functioning as part of the pastoral
staff, focusing on the holistic health of the parish family and the
community at large

Blood Pressure Screening
The first and third Tuesday of every month after the 12:05PM Mass in the Rosemont Chapel.
The first Wednesday of the Month from 11AM until 12Noon in the lobby of the Rosemont Plaza Apartment Building.
The Parish Nurse will be pleased to take your blood pressure at a time other than these specified. Call Debbie Moreno, RN at the Parish Center to make arrangements.610-525-4801
Parish Nurse Assistance: Health Counseling, Advocacy, Community Referral and Support. Home, hospital or nursing home visits as well as telephone consultation.
